Is full insurance included with no excess and no deposit when renting a car in Rhodes?

Yes. Comprehensive insurance is included with no excess and no security deposit for the first eligible damage incident, subject to the Terms of Booking and exclusions.

Can I collect my rental car at Rhodes Airport?

Yes. CARIO offers pre-arranged car collection at Rhodes Diagoras Airport (RHO). Your reservation confirmation includes the agreed collection details; every authorised driver must bring the required driving licence and identification documents.

Do you offer rental car delivery to Lindos, Pefkos, Kiotari, Vlycha, Kalathos, Lardos and Haraki?

What documents do I need to rent a car in Rhodes?

All authorised drivers must be at least 23 years old, hold a valid driving licence and be named in the rental agreement. EU, USA, Australian, Canadian and Russian licences are accepted; an International Driving Permit is required for licences issued in other countries. A valid passport or identity card is also required. CARIO may refuse vehicle delivery without a refund if the required documents are not provided.

What payment methods are accepted?

The reservation deposit may be paid by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The remaining balance is payable when the vehicle is collected, either in cash or by credit or debit card.

What is the fuel policy?

The vehicle must normally be returned with the same fuel level as at collection. A Full–Empty option may also be available: the vehicle is supplied with a full tank and may be returned empty, with no refund for unused fuel. Full details and category prices are stated in the Terms of Booking.

Can additional charges apply?

Yes. Additional charges may apply for excluded damage or negligence, missing fuel, traffic or parking fines, smoking or special cleaning, late return, lost keys or equipment, unauthorised use, and documented recovery or transfer costs. Review the Terms of Booking before collection.
