Driving in Rhodes is generally straightforward, but roads can become narrow in villages and busy in summer. Follow local speed limits, allow extra time near popular beaches and Lindos, and park only where permitted.

The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when collected. Any fuel difference or related charge is handled according to the signed rental agreement.

No. Ferrying the vehicle away from Rhodes or driving it outside Greece is not permitted under the rental agreement. Please contact CARIO before booking if your itinerary includes another island.

Yes. Baby and booster seats are provided free of charge on request, subject to availability. Please add them during booking.

Yes. One additional driver is included free of charge, subject to the same age and licence requirements as the main driver. The additional driver must be named in the rental agreement.

Loss or damage of a vehicle key is charged according to the vehicle, normally from €150 to €500, plus any necessary reprogramming, transport or related costs.

Yes. If the vehicle is returned in a condition that requires special cleaning, including excessive sand, animal hair or similar contamination, a €50 charge may apply under the signed rental agreement.

Contact CARIO at least 24 hours before the scheduled end of the rental. An extension is subject to availability and is valid only after written authorisation. Returning late without approval may lead to additional charges.
